IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 3 years of phone customer service experience
- 2 years project scheduling
- 2 years experience managing multiple projects throughout life cycle
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Empathy for our customers and team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Service Titan or applicable CRM software preferred
- Roofing Industry experience preferred (or HVAC, countertops, electrical, garage doors, etc)

REQUIREMENTS:
